Another suspect arrested in the Horana 45kg drug raid
Another suspect has been arrested by the Narcotics Bureau in connection with the 45 kilograms of heroin seized in the Horana area on February 24.
This was subsequent to interrogating the first suspect who had been arrested with the heroin. he was identified as an army deserter.
Police Media Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana stated that the second person arrested in the Hath Pokuna area in Polpithigama was also an army deserter.
The suspect, who was arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting the incident, is to be produced before the Horana Magistrate's Court and further questioned
