The vital role played by government servants is proven more than ever during crisis times. We have a dream to provide housing solutions to public servants who are doing such a distinguished service. State Minister Godahewa further said the Oval View Residencies condominium scheme at Palangasthuduwa in Borella was initiated by then Secretary Defence and Urban Development and current President Gotabaya Rajapaksa. The project should have been completed three years ago but was delayed due to the inefficiency of the previous regime.
