Accident: 01 person dead and 3 injured in Wellawatte
01 person has died and 03 injured in a hit and run incident in Wellawatte this morning.
The driver and the passenger of the car that caused the accident were under the influence of alcohol at the time.
The three injured in the accident are in critical condition according to reports.
The accident had taken place on Marine Drive.
The driver has been arrested
