Kajol and Ajay Devgn celebrate their 22nd anniversary today! The Bollywood power couple got hitched in 1999 and is one of the favourite couples of Tinseltown. To mark this occasion in a special way, Ajay shared a beautiful picture of a bottle and glass of wine with their picture imprinted on the same. The black bottle had the letters ‘Battled in 1999- Only Edition.’ The moment couldn’t be more special than going back to the year when it all started!

For the uninitiated, the duo met on the sets of ‘Hulchul’ in 1995. Their initial friendship turned into a forever romantic tale. The couple has shared screen spaces in several movies, the latest being ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.’ Kajol and Ajay were seen reuniting as an on-screen couple after many years and fans totally loved their unmatched chemistry that was missed over the years.

Meanwhile, Kajol was last seen in Netflix film ‘Tribhanga- Tedhi Medhi Crazy’ along with Mithila Palkar and Tanvi Azmi. The movie was directed by Renuka Shahane. Much before that, she was also seen in Priyanka Banerjee’s short film titled as ‘Devi.’ She co-starred with stellar actresses like Neha Dhupia, Neena Kulkarni, Shruti Haasan, Sandhya Mhatre, Mukta Barve, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Rama Joshi and Yashaswini Dayama for this women-centric film.

On the other hand, Ajay Devgn has a string of commercial movies on his plate. He will be next seen in a period drama titled ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’ co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Rana Daggubati, Parineeti Chopra and Sonakshi Sinha. He will be also seen in Amit Sharma directed biographical sports drama‘Maidaan’ where he will be seen essaying the role of football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. Not to forget, he is also making his starry cameo as ‘Singham’ in Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Sooryavanshi.’ All in all, it’s an interesting year for the couple ahead.
