
Customs seize Rs. 130 million worth of Ecstasy Tablets
18,000 Ecstasy Tablets worth Rs. 130 million sent from Belgium had been seized at the Central Mail Exchange by The Customs.
This is also the largest drug raid in Asia, said Customs Spokesman Additional Director Sunil Jayaratne.
The drugs were sent to Sri Lanka under the guise of importing animal feed.
The Customs Media Spokesman stated that the drugs were received at an address in the Haputale area.
