India expects a meaningful devolution of power through the 13th Amendment - Indian External Affairs Minister
Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar stated that the Sri Lankan government has expressed its interest in obtaining the vaccines to prevent Covid 19 from India.
Addressing a joint press conference with Foreign Affairs Minister Dinesh Gunawardena at the Foreign Affairs Ministry this afternoon, the Indian External Affairs Minister said that he would inform the Indian Government in this regard.
The Indian Foreign Minister also stated that the Government of India expects a meaningful devolution of power through the 13th Amendment to the Sri Lankan Constitution.
