Prison officials should act responsibly in face of COVID - Prison CG
While participating in a function that was held in Badulla yesterday (29) Prisons Commissioner-General Thushara Upuldeniya stated that prison officials should act responsibly in the face of the coronavirus situation.
He noted that if the Prison officials did not act responsibly, the coronavirus cluster associated with the Prison could not be controlled.
The Commissioner-General of Prisons further stated that it is the need of everyone to act more responsibly as it could pose a health threat to prison officials as well.
