Space balloon' to be released to atmosphere tomorrow
A space technology balloon organized by a consortium of 16 universities will be launched into the atmosphere tomorrow.
The student representative of the University of Peradeniya Thilan Harshana Bandara who participated in the event stated that the balloon weighing about one and a half kilograms is to be released into the upper atmosphere at a distance of about 40 kilometers.
