
Friday prayers for Muslims limited to 50
The Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs has announced restrictions to prayers at mosques.
Issuing a press release the Department said that a crowd – limit of 50 persons has been imposed for Jumma prayers.
Mosques with an attendance of below 100 persons, must operate on 50% capacity, it announced.
The decisions have been taken following the recent coronavirus outbreak in the country.
