Petition filed seeking to revoke health authorities' decision to cremate Muslim COVID bodies to be taken up on 30 Nov
The Supreme Court ordered today (26) to take up the petition filled seeking to revoke the decision taken by the health authorities to cremate the bodies of the Muslims who dies due to COVID-19 on 30 November.
The decision was taken when the petition was considered before the Judge panel consisting Justices Buwaneka Aluvihare, Sisira de Abrew and Gamini Amarasekera.
