Jaffna youth nabbed trying to go to Italy on fake passport
A young man was taken into custody yesterday (20) at the Katunayake
Airport while trying to go to Italy on a fake passport.
Immigration and emigration officials found the 25-year-old’s passport suspicious at the ticket counter and handed him over to the CID.
The resident of Kodikamam in Jaffna had tried to go to Italy via Qatar.
