Rishad testifies before PCoI on Easter attacks via video chat
MP Rishad Bathiudeen has connected through the Skype technology to testify before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) probing the Easter Sunday terror attacks, says Ada Derana reporter.
The parliamentarian is currently under remand custody for allegedly misappropriating public funds to the tune of Rs. 9.5 million during the 2019 Presidential Election.
He had previously recorded statements with the Presidential Commission pertaining to the coordinated suicide bombings which shook the country on the 21st of April last year, on several occasions.
