Resettlement initiated by MP Rishad Bathiudeen in Wilpatthu illegal - Appeal Court orders to replant
The Appeal Court has decided that the resettlement initiated by MP Rishad Bathiudeen in the Wilpaththu area is illegal and has ordered to replant the area used for the resettlement on his own expense.
The court has also ordered to pay the cost of the petitioner.
