TRCSL to Introduce New Regulations to Ensure Connectivity During Emergencies
The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) has decided to introduce a new set of rules and regulations to ensure the uninterrrupted service of telephone and internet connections during emergencies.
Retired Major General Bandula Herath, the Director General of the TRCSL says that the objective of this to help manage emergency situations that may arise due to natural disasters or human activities.
