11 Dead, 7 Missing as Rains Ravage Badulla
Relentless rains have unleashed a wave of destruction across Sri Lanka’s Badulla District, claiming 11 lives and leaving 7 people missing, according to District Secretary Prabath Abeywardhana.
The worst-hit areas include Badulla, Madolsima, Gala-uda, and Kahataruppe.
Rescue teams are racing against time to locate the missing and provide relief to stranded families.
