Man Stabbed to Death by Brother in Elapatha
A 23-year-old man was fatally stabbed in Alupathgala, Elapatha, last night.
Police said that the victim's older brother is the alleged perpetrator.
The stabbing occurred following an argument and the suspect has fled the scene.
