South Korean Ambassador to Sri Lanka Meets With Speaker
South Korean Ambassador to Sri Lanka Miyon Lee met with Speaker Asoka Ranwala recently, at the Parliamentary Complex.
Secretary General of Parliament Kushani Rohanadheera also joined this meeting.
The South Korean Ambassador stated that they would continue to strengthen the long-standing relationship between Sri Lanka and South Korea and provide support for Sri Lanka's development.
She added that South Korea is ready to work with the new government to expedite ongoing projects in Sri Lanka.
She further went on to note that the construction of the Kandy tunnel project, is now in its final stage.
Speaker Asoka Ranawalla stated that he hopes to further strengthen the relations between Sri Lanka and South Korea and expects South Korea's support in this regard.
