ETF Board to award scholarships for vocational training.
The Employees' Trust Fund Board stated that steps have been taken to offer financial scholarships to students who sat for the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, to follow a vocational training course.
Its Chairman Rohana Abeyratne stated that the financial scholarship will be given to the children of ETF members.
Accordingly, a financial scholarship of Rs. 25,000 will be awarded for 54 selected courses with NVQ Levels 3 and 4.
