Teenagers arrested for ugly brawl and use of sharp weapon in Bandarawela.
Sri Lanka Police arrested five students following an ugly brawn that broke out between two student factions in Bandarawela.
Three students were arrested for attempting to attack two other students with sharp weapons.
Sri Lanka Police said that the arrested teenagers were aged 16 & 17 and were from the Bandarawela & Halpe areas.
The two students who were injured in the attack were also arrested for unruly conduct in a public place.
All suspects will be produced to the Bandarawela Magistrate's Court on Tuesday (23).
Footage of the ugly brawl is currently making rounds on various social media platforms.
