
Peliyagoda Fish Market closed due to 49 COVID-19 cases
Forty-nine persons had tested positive for COVID-19 at the Central Fish Market Complex in Peliyagoda according to PCR test results yesterday. The Fish Market was temporarily closed for business.
According to the Public Health Officer (PHI) of the area, about 105 individuals were subjected to PCR tests after a fish vendor tested positive. Among the tested were fish vendors and people who bought fish from them
