Sinhala & Tamil New Year: Special train for those returning home
The Railway Department states that 21 additional train journeys will be in operation for the convenience of the people returning to their homes during the upcoming Sinhala and Tamil New Year season.
Acting General Manager of Railways that. D. S. Gunasinghe said that the special train will operate from 09 April.
In addition, the Acting General Manager of Railways stated that all long distance trains will be operated as usual.
