Double bail : Ravi K granted bail over both bond scam cases
Former Minister Ravi Karunanayake has been released on bail from both cases filed over the 2016 Central Bank bond scam.
The Colombo High Court today released Karunanayake and seven others accused in both cases.
Karunanayake was arrested last month in connection to the bond auctions carried out by the Central Bank on 31st March 2016.
The suspects have been accused of misappropriating Rs. 15 million and Rs. 39.98 billion via the two bond auctions.
