Two young SL bowlers invited to take part in Chennai Super Kings training
Two young Sri Lankan bowlers have been invited to take part in the training of the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Chennai Super Kings.
Sri Lankan cricketers Maheesh Theekshana and Matheesha Pathirana have been invited to train alongside the Chennai Super Kings training group.
The squad training is set to commence over the coming few days.
Theekshana and Pathirana have been included as reserve players for the Chennai Super Kings, but have not been included in the main squad.
However, the two Sri Lankan cricketers have been invited to commence training alongside the Chennai Super Kings training squad.
The two cricketers have requested for No Objection certificates from the Sri Lanka Cricket to participate in the training session.
