Detainee released on general amnesty arrested with narcotics
A person was arrested in Kalegana of Poddala, Galle with 25.8 grams of heroin.
The 35-year-old suspect was arrested by the Poddala Police while traveling on the road yesterday afternoon.
He had previously been imprisoned for possession of heroin and was released on 06 December under a general amnesty granted to detainees.
