Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Italy closed temporarily
The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Italy was temporarily closed from today (11) until 15 December after a Sri Lankan who visited the office premises was diagnosed as a COVID patient.
The office premises were then disinfected, and the staff is scheduled to undergo PCR testing.
Accordingly, the opening of the Consulate General will be announced on Tuesday (15).
Sri Lankans in the country are advised to call 388 724 90 16 between 09:30 a.m. and 04:30 p.m. in case of death or emergency consular activities during the closure period.
