Unrest at Mahara Prison: Postmortem examinations of three inmates to be conducted today
Among the 11 inmates that died following the unrest at the Mahara Prison, seven bodies of the inmates were identified.
Police Media Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana stated that postmortem examinations are being carried out on the bodies of three inmates that were identified.
DIG Ajith Rohana stated that postmortem examinations of four persons were already carried out. He added that DNA or fingerprints will be tested to confirm the identification of these inmates.
