COVID cases in India exceed 9,571,000
The total number of COVID patients from India exceeded 9,571,000 with the report of 36,595 in the last 24 hours that ended this morning.
The death toll also increased to 139,188, with the 540 COVID deaths reported in a day.
According to the Indian Ministry of Health, 900,000 people have been recovered from the infections and the number of people receiving further treatment is less than 500,000.
