Covid-19: CMC free mobile clinics till mid-Dec
The Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) decided to continue its free mobile clinics organised for people residing in isolated areas or those who are under quarantine at urban flats within its limits, until mid-December.
The initiative came into effect from 16 November, after careful consideration of the health and safety of those who suffer from non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
The CMC said nearly 4,000 individuals were treated through these mobile clinics.
Meanwhile, a special ambulance service was introduced by the CMC from 20 November onwards to assist people residing in its administrative areas.
