New requirements to register deaths at home
New requirements have been introduced in the registration of deaths that occur at home until such time the Covid-19 risk ends.
The registrar general says the Grama Niladhari should certify that the death is not related to the virus.
In addition to medical and Grama Niladhari reports, a PCR test result should also be submitted to the respective registrar.
