Weligama PS Chairman Injured in Daylight Shooting
Chairman of the Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha, Lasantha Wickramasekara, also known as Midigama Lasa, was injured in a shooting incident that occurred this morning (22) while he was at the Pradeshiya Sabha office.
According to police sources, an individual entered the premises and opened fire at the Chairman, causing injuries.
