Earthslip Along Beragala-Wellawaya Road
A mound of earth has collapsed along the Beragala-Wellawaya road in Viharagala, causing traffic disruption.
The Disaster Management Centre said that the road is completely blocked, and relevant authorities have been alerted to begin clearing operations.
Motorists are advised to use the Ella-Wellawaya road as an alternative route until the situation returns to normal.
