The Cassowary grows to a height of about five feet and weighs about 60 kg, and has often been labeled "the world's most dangerous bird".
The birds were directed to the National Zoological Garden in Dehiwala, News 1st's correspondent reported.
Sri Lanka is also set to export various species of animals including monkeys, junglefowls and snakes, under the animal exchange programme.
