Cold conditions to prevail till Feb end
The Meteorological Department states that the extreme cold conditions prevailing from dawn to dusk will continue until the end of this month.
Meteorological Department Director-General Athula Karunanayake said that this situation has arisen due to the prevailing dry weather.
