Trains delayed on several lines
The train operations on the coastal line and the Chilaw Line have been disrupted, Sri Lanka Railways said.
A train plying from Aluthgama to Colombo Fort has experienced a technical fault, causing delays on the coastal line, according to the Department of Railways.
Meanwhile, the train services on the Chilaw Line also remain disrupted due to a signal failure at the Negombo railway station, the department said.
