As Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie get ready to battle it out in court over the custody of their six children, latest reports claim that the actor is hoping to spend more time with his kids over the Christmas break.
The estranged couple will appear before a judge in November to discuss custody of their kids, stated a report on Us Weekly.
Brad will reportedly see the children on Christmas Day and is hoping that he will be given more time and even possibly have them stay overnight for the holidays. The decision on the same will be made by a judge in November.
In his custody battle with Angelina, Brad is reportedly pushing for “equal” custody of their kids.
Reports on various international portals claimed that Pitt is keen to pursue a 50-50 custody settlement where he and Jolie can get equal time with their children – Madox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox.
While reports claimed that the actress is looking to relocate, Brad is keen to have the family based in Los Angeles.
