India extends ban on international flights

India has decided to extend the restrictions on international passenger flights until March 31.

The Indian media stated that the Director-General of Indian Civil Aviation had issued an order in this regard.

The ban on commercial flights, which are scheduled to take effect in March, was imposed in March last year due to the global outbreak of the coronavirus.

However, at the end of last year, India allowed domestic flights.
