Young motorcyclist in fatal road accident remanded
The young motorcyclist behind the fatal road accident on a pedestrian crossing in Moratuwa has been remanded until 18 December.
The 20-year-old was produced before Moratuwa acting magistrate Charitha de Silva today (05).
Two small girls, aged seven and one years, were killed and their 24-year-old pregnant mother sustained critical injuries after they were hit by the speeding motorcyclist on New Galle Road at Egoda Uyana around 10.00 pm last night.
