More Sri Lankans return from UAE, Maldives, India
Another host of Sri Lankans stranded in foreign countries due to the COVID-19 pandemic has been repatriated to the island.
Accordingly, a group of 381 Sri Lankans from Bahrain arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA).
They have arrived from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Maldives, and India, Ada Derana reporter said.
Returnees have been subject to PCR testing upon their arrival at the airport and directed to tourist hotels in Negombo to undergo quarantine.
