Police officers infected with Covid-19 in WP increase to 260
The number of coronavirus infected officers reported from police stations in the Western Province have increased to 260.
This is with the identification of four new infected police officers.
Six coronavirus infected police officers have recovered while 250 are being treated at the hospital.
Senior DIG's Office in charge of the Western Province stated that 355 officers have been sent to quarantine centers, while 1,484 have been placed under self quarantine and 27 have completed the quarantine process.
